At the risk of offending some of you who might read my journal, and of whom I honestly have no idea what your opinions are, I must share this sample of bigotry anyway. If you disagree or find my comments offense, let's agree to disagree and still remain friends. (Believe me when I say I'm an expert at avoiding the religious topic due to growing up as an atheist in a small Southern town. One day I'll relate my "coming out" story.) But for now, let me share....

My mother sent me an interesting email forward. It's incredibly long, so I've uploaded it here. If you're curious as to what set me off, skip the War on Iraq bits.

I suppose I'm an unpatriotic heathen who doesn't care about the future, then. I refuse to become a baby-making machine and convert to Christianity, which are obviously the only things that will save the US from becoming--OMG--overrun by China and Muslims.

And of course, the people of the future will be unable to adapt to an aging population and the changing world market. The only possible way to save America is for me and my sister to immediately start popping out cute li'l babies and chose a form of Christianity for their brainwashing and enslavement. 

Babies and Christianity will save the world! Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!! I'd better go call the sperm bank!
