Today I took my new waterproof hooded coat on its first trial by fire water. It did splendidly! Now I just need to invest in the waterproof jogging pants so my legs won't freeze. It's a rather odd feeling to be toasty warm and sweating on your top half and very cold and damp on the bottom half. O.o
I'm not sure if I'm about to be sick or not. I was sneezing for no reason for a couple days, then yesterday my throat was sore. This is usually the sign of an impending cold. But today I feel fine, and so does my throat. I've only sneezed once. The calm before the storm? I dunno.
I have script for Skip 19, I finished the missing Honey 5 omake pages, so I'm back to working on all 4 shoujo titles. I was really pushing it before with Nana and Captive, and I also took SE4 up on her offer for an extra week for Captive 4. Yesterday I recalculated my daily quota math and even though I'm back to four titles at once, I'm lettering two pages less a day. BUT I have next to no buffer, so I can't afford to get sick and I haven't figured out what to do about Giftmas yet. I am fully planning on flying back to Texas, but you can bet Usagi and Anthy will be going with me.
I'm currently reading the first Vizbig (so vols 1-3) of Inoue Takehiko's Vagabond. It's about as different in setting and style from the mangaka's uber-famous Slam Dunk as you can get!! I'm enjoying it so far. I'm half-way through the book, so in the middle of vol 2. We'll see if I like it enough to pick up the 2nd Vizbig volume when it's out. ^^
That's it for now. Work calls! Oh yes, and I'm printing pages again, starting with Skip. It feels good to print once more...like I have more control over things. *happy sigh*
