Today on my webcomics readings, I had a bit of a shock. One of my fave webcomics, Johnny Wander, is created by a couple. He writes, she draws. He writes other comics, too, which is what gave me the shock.
Apparently, he is writing an upcoming hard-copy comic for Portland's local Oni Press. Good for him!!! But when I saw the name of his artist, my gut reaction was, "Oh shit. Annath, YOU ARE SO SCREWED." His artist??
The well-known complete comicking flake, Tessa Stone. *facepalm* I love her drawing style, but she never finishes her series. She's crapped out three times now.

In more fun news, my fave cousin, R-chan, and her hubby, M-kun, are coming to visit me for a week! They arrive this Friday, and will be sleeping in my living room. This means...I have to clean. A lot. Stuff that I normally don't bother to clean, b/c who needs to clean their bathtub more than twice a year, anyway??
I'm working on it a little a day. Right now, my living room is full of empty package boxes, most of them with book store logos on the side.
Guys, WHY do I have over 25 empty book boxes? Sure, keeping two or three for reuse is fine, but over 25?? What madness is this??
I am rather frustrated by this. Ugh. Anyway, back to work for me. After I finish this next Skip page, it's time to clean again. (WTH all these stupid boxes...)
