She's baaaaack!!
The insanity is sort of over! I finished Clay vol 10 on Sunday, New title v2 on Monday, and I will finally clear my Naruto v25 and Skip v10 backlogs to be completely 100% caught up tonight. Ohhhhh yeah! XD *runs in giddy circles*
I start New title vol 3 tomorrow, but no worries. Even with Naruto and Skip, that's 14 pages a day. And compared to the 19 I was pulling, 14 is nothing. Especially since no portion of that 14 is Clay!!!
Speaking of which, Clay editor tells me the script for vol 11 won't be ready for lettering until August. Whoa. =O So I have two months of no Clay. And Naruto v25 is due June 1st, so will be finished shortly! Now, Naruto v29 is due August 1st, which will coincide nicely with the returning of Clay. So my summer won't be quite as relaxed as I had thought, but hey. I'm not going to argue with 14 to 15 pages a day, instead of 19 to 20. Nuh-uh no way.
But then, if work remains true to form, they'll bump up the due date for vol 29, which means I might end up having to rush it anyway. I can only hope they don't. Hmmmm. I need to email Naruto editor and poke him for vol 29 script and/or info. The sooner I can get started, the better!
So yeah. In case you haven't noticed, I'm feeling pretty good at the moment. ^^ Work is back under control, I cried myself out in regards to Mac, and I'm actually going to get to see a movie in the theater next week! My first movie of 2007 will be....*drumroll* PIRATES!!! Oooooh yeah. XD And as if the gorgeous man factor wasn't already high for this franchise...now we have Mr. Depp, Mr. Bloom, Mr. Davenport, annnnnd Mr. Chow Yun Fat!! Eeee! I'm going to be squealing like a teenager all through this movie. XD
Only having 14 pages a day...ara....how lovely it will be!!! *dreamy expression* I'll be able to go out again! I can raid Borders and B&N for my new manga GN fix, and finally pre-order Harry 7!! Oooh, I can eat in a restaurant without feeling guilty about lost time!! XD And did I mention the Pirates movie???? And I'll be able to write again! I can finish up that contest fic for TGQ, and write the fourth installment of DaaGB!!! And the Champloo men, I can't forget them!!XD And maybe I'll even dust off ToonBoom and actually ANIMATE something!!! I wanna try making myself some animated giffs!! ^^V And I can finish that Gaara/Lee pic for Star-chan!
Eeeeeee!! The possibilities!!! So exciting!!! *runs in frantic happy circles* XD XD XD
Wow. I should channel all this energy into finishing work today. Heeheehee!! And yes, I find my icon choice today very appropriate. Heeeee. ^^
EDIT: ZOMG, I completely blanked out and typed New title's actual title! D= I've changed it back!! Bad s2m!! This is what happens when your brain is going 900 miles an hour, you make foolish mistakes....O_o
