Clay observations and fanfic musings....

For those who might not remember, my next fanfic will be for Claymore. And while I've stared for many many hours at about 2,100 pages of Claymore and flipped through the Japanese and English books many times, I've never actually read it. So to deepen my understanding of Clare and Raki in preparation for fic, I picked up my copy of Clay v1 and began to read and take notes.

It will be nice to write for a smaller fandom. I know I'm lost in the noise that is Naruto. My TGQ fic is in limbo until that contest is over. (It should have ended in June, but she keeps extending the deadline for more entries....) and I can't post DaaGB part 4 until Star-chan finishes the beta and I tweak it. But it doesn't look like I'll have a chance before I leave on my trip, and when I return, I'll be working like mad on Nana 13, wrapping up Clay 11,  and beginning New Title 2. Hmmmmmmm.

BTW, I'm still so upset by what I mentioned in my previous entry that I had to stop reading Death Note. I'm more traumatized by this than anything that happened in Harry book 7!! D=
