slr2moons: a self-portrait, of me in my usual habitat: in front of my computer monitors! (chibi L)
Today on my walk, I saw a 3 foot long length of pink bubble wrap, blowing along in the wind. It was about to land in the road, and was large enough in surface area to cause a problem if it happened to alight on a car's windshield, so I donned my Good Samaritan hat and rescued all the hapless drivers by foiling its escape attempt, rolling it up, and tucking it under my left arm. I knew I could toss it in one of the park trash cans I would pass on my walk.

This bulky roll of bubble wrap was the kind for packing large things, like computers or furniture, with the big one-inch diameter bubbles. It was in pristine condition, not dirty nor marred, and was so squishy tucked against my side, and the bubbles felt so firm and squeezable under my right hand, where I was holding it steady against the wind.

.......

I held out for a full minute. X3
