I haven't been blogging much lately, for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, the spare time that I would normally use for blogging has been going into working on the Vampire Knight giftpic and then my little 6-page doujinshi for Vampirates. (It was Jossed several months back, but I like it too much to give it up, so it's officially AU.) I've also ended up with a backlog of important and long emails to write that I'm chipping away at. And I even went out two nights in a row! WHOA! *almost faints with shock*
So I've been busy. ^^
Last night, I tried natto for the first time. Those of you who have been in anime and manga fandom will be familiar with this food. It's fermented soy beans. Very sticky, slimy, and generally considered an acquired taste. BTW, I didn't acquire it. But I ate half my serving, which impressed the waitress. Heh! If it hadn't been so sticky, I could have downed more. But I swear, it was like chewing GLUE. *shudders* The feeling of it in my mouth was just nasty. If any of you like natto, then you have my wide-eyed respect. Ghaa!
( Now the fun part and why I chose my 'cruel' icon )
